I never take the time to write a review but I will for Veteran Shredding. I'm a small business owner myself. I called these guys and talked to them about a customer and friend I have that's a lawyer and needed hundreds of boxes shredded. I called everyone in the metro and surrounding areas to check rates with the amount I was dealing with it was a large number. They blew everyone out of the water on price and service.

 

Trust me don't call anyone else... I did the work for you. Call them they are the best and the friendliest guys to deal with. Never again will I contact another company for this service. They will be the only ones I call. Can't beat them ever they are the best in the industry. Don't waste your time calling around I did that for you call them trust me you'll get what they promise you. Thanks again appreciate the great service look forward to the next job with you guys.

Veteran Shredding came to the Apple Valley Senior Center and provided 2-hours on-site shredding service. Leading up to the event the process was thoroughly explained and broken down for us.

The driver/shredder was extremely pleasant to work with, highly organized and very helpful. After pricing out 2-hour shredding events, Veteran Shredding came in with the best value. Sometimes the lowest price doesn't equal the best service and quality, but in this case Veteran Shredding exceeded my expectations in all areas.

I called the number provided on Angie's List website and received a voice service. I left a message for someone to call me back. Within just a couple hours, David the owner called back and got me scheduled for the next morning. David came & parked his truck outside my office building, and shredded for at least an hour as I carted boxes of documents from our storage unit.

David gave me his cell phone number and e-mail address for future trips. Since then, I've been e-mailing him on a weekly basis to come pick up 20 boxes at a time. We had Shred-it for years leading up to this, and had so many complaints I can't even count them! The same day David came and took away all of my boxes, Shred-it came to pick up my bin, and I told them not to come back.

Family owned and operated shredding business. Great for small businesses. I've used them twice once 4 years ago once today in 2015. Both times for residential home office one-time shredding service. Today they shredded 7 years of legal and business files for 124 dollars.

Today was first major snow storm of year and all metro roads a mess. We had scheduled a couple days earlier and I called and offered to reschedule. Their other scheduled business pick-ups were not open presumably due to snow but they insisted on driving 30 miles to my house to keep the appointment. It had to be at a loss given the time gas and the relatively small size of my document dump of 3 roller garbage bins. Whole thing super-efficient and professional start to finish. Love these guys.
